it was okay no smoking in the rooms and was cold outside ..... and they wanted a deposit that was not told until we got there need total fees when you travel

Thank you for your comments, we really appreciate that you took a time to give us valuable
feedback. I apologize for the issues that you had, and the smell that you felt in the room.
We request our guest to let us know immediately whenever they find any cigarette smell. Our rooms are non-smoking.
It disappoints me to hear comments like this, after the time, efforts and expense that we have
invested in our people and property.
I sincerely hope that you would give us another chance to serve you, and I can assure you that
we are continuing to work harder to give our guests a great hospitality experience each and every time.
