Expedia sent us to this hotel since our original hotel was overbooked and that hotel gave up our room, With no car and no idea where we were, not to mention this is all after a long flight. I called Expedia customer service and they sent us here. Not only were they very apologetic because of the inconvenience, they paid the difference. We were so grateful , and the room was so gorgeous, they even upgraded us for the inconvenience. The beds are comfortable and the skyline view of New York from our room on the 14th floor was heavenly, not to mention the Press Loung views. I will forever be thankful to Expedia for stepping up and helping us out with the best view in New York . I will definitely stay here again and use expedia for all my traveling needs.
