Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the pillows are amazing. I only had an issue with one employee who argued with me over the phone about my airport location. My only complaint is that even though they offer free shuttle service to the airport, the website did not state LaGuardia ONLY and even though they advertise free shuttle to the train station, they do not specify drop off ONLY. If I had know those details, I would not have chosen this hotel this trip since the reason for our trip required us to go to Manhattan and these things being unavailable to us when we thought they would, made a huge and Expensive inconvenience. Fortunately, Expedia and the hotel worked to find a solution when I realized the hotel would not work for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel even with the troubles I had. It's beautiful, comfy, and has a good staff.
