Everything was wonderful except for not having bathroom towels in our room when needed. We were there for 3 days & always had to call for them & wait for them because they told us they didn't have any.

Close to the airport

Pros: It was conveniently located to all the places I needed to go and in a residential area off the beaten path and there was a parking garage!
Cons: Hotter breakfast!
Location: Close to airport.
The facility is attractive and apparently remodeled within the last couple of years but there were some minor details that needed attention. Toilet did not seal after flushing so it ran periodically. Tub didn't drain well and shower stall showed signs of mold. Decor was nice. Most of the staff was super but didn't seem all that happy about their jobs nor did they share hotel details and amenities. Key card rarely worked for garage so had to get buzzed in and out. Luckily that was an option. The food on the buffet was lukewarm but plenty of options.

Staff are very patient and polite. Kirin Ryu is an awesome lady! She made my life easier by writing out directions and giving me well detailed information about how to get around town. I strongly recommend her; she is very polite, hardworking and would go extra mile to help. I'll be back in August and I'm sure booking your hotel again👍🏾

Very Nice Airport Hotel

You don't stay at the airport because you want to. You stay because you have to. This is a very nice hotel for an airport hotel. Clean, modern, solid 4 star. Recommended.

Cons: No room safe. Should be standard by now.
Location: Close to the airport, that's what I needed. Used the shuttle to the airport.
Came in late, so needed to take a shower. Shower took several minutes to get warm. Once it finally did, had standing shower water in the tub. It was still there in the morning. Disgusting I have to say. It was never resolved in the two nights and one full day I stayed in this hotel. Stayed in room #518 from 24 May to 26 May 2016

Enjoyed staying here except, the AC would not get the room cold. Cool maybe but not cold for sleeping.
