The staff and customer service at this hotel were impeccable. My husband and I were celebrating an anniversary and the staff made sure our stay was the best. The cleaning staff, concierge and front desk were friendly and professional. The rooms are gorgeous.

Heavenly Stay
Amazingly friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was so exquisite, it was tough to leave the shower. Housekeeping services come twice a day; once around checkout time and again in the evening. The bathroom mirror even had a built-in TV with basic cable channels. Would absolutely recommend!

Incredible staff. Incredible lobby. Stayed in one of the rooms with a large outdoor terrace - incredible. The 3 stars for me was the bed. It was a mattress topper on a box spring. Was a surprise since everything else was all done to another level and I’ve stayed at many nice places before. Correct me if I’m wrong but the beds a big deal.

This is a good location for the garment district. However, the bed is very soft with a thin futon and no mattress…..woke up with a sore next and back!! The room temperature was too cold and cannot adjust temperature manually!! I will not return!!
