Check in was a challenge. We arrived at 2:40, and was told that our room was in the final stages of inspection and should be ready soon, and we would receive a text when it was ready. We returned at 4:00 pm, and the room was still not ready. There were numerous people waiting on their rooms to be made ready. I work in the real world, so I understand that you can only do what you can do when you have limited working staff.....The manager provided us with a comfort room that we could wait and change in so we could get ready to attend our broadway show. When we returned from the show, they had our suite ready and our bags waiting there for us . They also comped us for a couple of days of room service. Overall staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Room service was really good. Location was great. Would stay here again.

Excellent service from the time of arrival till departure. Staff so friendly and going the extra mile to make the whole experience exceptional. Great recommendations for dinning and local amenities. Enjoyed the on-site transportation service as well. Thank you we will be back again for a 3rd visit.
