Beautiful hotel, immaculate public areas. Bedroom was quite tired in parts, and the beds quite small considering they were meant for 2 people (our room was a family room to sleep 4, our children are 6 & 2) Bathroom is also quite small for a family, but overall it was peaceful, clean & very comfortable in a perfect location.

Super friendly staff, walkable to most attractions in Manhattan. But the room mattress is too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep, possibly a matter of personal preference.

The prospect was beautiful and clean. The staff was all nice and went above and beyond . The location was great. Easy walk to Central Park, time square. The shopping un the area was amazing. Enough food selections to walk to both small bodegas and sit down restaurants. ONLY negative part was the thin walls. Count not sleep in as every morning we could hear the people in the room next to us. I mean we could even hear them open and close the blinds.

Our Family suite is spacious for our family of 5. The Cleaning lady on 35th floor during our stay 20 - 25 March is very kind and diligent. Caroline in the reception is a very kind and helpful lady. We will come back to Lotte Hotel when we are in NYC

The scenery of this hotel is amazing. Very walkable to and from tourist hot spots. The rooms were nice, 4/5 in our opinion as some of the features in the room were tired and outdated. The TV was on the small side and was not up to date with smart technology. We heard what seemed to be an animal in the walls? Or very squeaky ventilation. The bathroom products were nice smelling. We enjoyed the housecoats and slippers. We thought it was strange that there wasn't a fridge for us to put our items in like water. Only the incredibly expensive hotel items for you to purchase. $45 for a half bottle of wine. No thanks. The staff are extremely friendly and work hard at making your stay a special one. Would recommend this hotel.

Great size room. Lovely view. Felt very premium if possibility just a little dated. Would definitely stay again. Seems like great value compared to some alternatives at similar cost.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They brought our luggage to our room, and helped get a taxi ready for our departure. I highly recommend this hotel as a great place to have a comfortable stay in New York.

Classic, beautiful hotel with a great bar. I never write negative reviews so this feels strange to do, but the man working at reception when I was there was quite rude. Maybe it was just an off day but given how much we’re paying to stay at Lotte, I would expect a more helpful and considerate experience from reception.

We have stayed here multiple times over the Christmas break but this last time we had two jewelry items stolen from our room (worth over $14,000.00). The hotel setup a meeting with their insurance but they did a fake investigation and we never even got closer on the case and we were not compensated for anything. If you are going to stay here make sure you are careful with your items.
