Poor staff, overstuffed pillows.

Staff refused to give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia. This causes major inconveniences to me when reimbursing travel. The rooms are nice, the neighborhood stinks, and the pillows are overstuffed. Don't expect a receipt if you are traveling for business.

The hotel was fine, the staff very pleasnt and obliging.We were upgraded to a suite and that was nice. There was not a lot we could do in the area in the evening and at night. Had to taxi in to Astoria forchoice of staurants bars. Watch out for the taxi drivers and private limo drivers. There were two attempts made to rip us off. Thanks to gle maps in my phone i was able to control that after the first attempt.

Location: As i arrived ill - i did not get the chance to explore, but my partner did and expressed his satisfaction.
Check-in was a breeze, staff was awesome & room was exceptional. Glad i chose the Marco, even though they did inform me that there was no JFK transpo, which i very much appreciated. Took a taxi from JFK to hotel for about $30.00-including tip. & they graciously got me a taxi for return to airport the next morning. Everything was perfect & will definitely consider staying there again & recommend to everyone!

Nice for a night

Location: Did not like location, too close to airport.
Very nice and comfortable hotel for a night. Parking below hotel was very tight and time consuming to get your car out. Must leave keys.

Nice hotel close to LGA

Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: None
Location: Close to Flushing China town.
We stayed at this hotel for one night before leaving NYC. We picked it because it is close to LGA and have shuttle service to the airport. The hotel is only 6 minutes away from the No. 7 subway, so it is pretty convenient to travel between NYC (Port authority bus terminal / Time square) to the hotel. It only took us 10 minutes by the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport in the early morning. The staff (Angelo and Berry) were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

We went to a concert at Forest hills a great place , very nice .We have only been to the city a few times and really had no idea what we were doing . We had a very good experience, the staff we all very helpful and friendly . Less than a 1/2 hour cab ride to the show at Forest Hills . The parking garage behind the Hotel was very good . Eddy ( the hotel conseure) in the hotel lobby was top notch - nicest friendliest person and was very helpful . We would go back again.

It fit our need for our overnight

Pros: The service and free breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Parking solutions are needed. There basement is limited of space.
Location: We were able to jump on the Subway and the Long Island Rail System easily.
We saw a concert in Forest Hill Stadium. The location is four miles away. We ended up using the Long Island Rail to get there and walked back that evening. It's a long walk for some but we're marathoners and enjoyed the long stroll. The neighborhoods we encountered were very nice and respectable. The hotel was decent. It was difficult to find our room from the garage parking. Our room was in the second tower the garage in tower one. At the time we didn't realize there were two towers. The room was huge. As big as a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and dinning area. It did smell old and musty but suitably clean.

Good stay near LaGuardia Airport

Pros: Clean, comfortable, on a walkable street.
Cons: The staff should be knowledgeable about the area: I asked if a late night restaurant was open and was told no. I found two good restaurants open.
Location: Walkable street, busy area, mostly Chinese businesses.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. I arrived late after delayed flights and lost luggage, and check in was easily done at 3:00 a.m.
