Fantastic location , so close to all the theaters but not in the middle of the Times Square noise. Bellmen and Doormen were wonderful!

Nice hotel, heart of the city!Posted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: Proximity to attractions we wanted to see and the sightseeing company.
Cons: Beds were a little hard...but we were so tired after walking all day...really didn't matter. :)
Location: Times Square is close. Right at the end of the street is GMA Monday through Friday. Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, lots of Broadway Shows to chose from!
This hotel is actually close to Times Square, Broadway, The Wax Museum and the Hop on Hop Off Bus Office so you can tour the city! The hotel was ready for check in when we arrived early close to noon. Staff was friendly and most helpful. Rooms were clean, nice view of the city from out 23rd floor window. Would definitely stay again on our next trip.

Close to Times Square, Excellent accomodationPosted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: Location, clean, big tv , sofa , comfort , very accommodating staff.
Cons: Telephone charger plugs near the beds , Tv remote was very basic although looked like a fully featured big screen tv.
Location: Times Sq - 15 secs away , Theatres , Rockefeller centre , 42nd Street close by, very close to all central manhatten attractions...
The hotel was just off times square, very close to the Toys R Us store, check in was done in a few seconds and allowed us to our room before check in time (Thank you!). Hotel room was as described, very nice standard and views from the 48th floor were nice as 1 wall was completely Windowed. Despite the location the place was really quiet with no noise from neighbours or the street. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Felt like a safe location being so central to everything.

Value for moneyPosted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: Location, room size quiet for a city centre hotel too.
Cons: Bit of updating on decor and carpet in room needed changing / deep cleaning
Location: Could see Planet Hollywood and Times Square from room window!
Nice enough hotel for NYC, very convenient location and room was a decent size, and had everything you need.

Very central, one block from Times Square!Posted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: Location, decor and staff
Cons: Can be noisy
We looked at various hotels as for our foster son's first visit to New York as we wanted to be centrally based. It was one block away from Times Square and was a beautiful art deco building. Staff were friendly and efficient and helpful in terms of suggestions and hailing taxis. The room was a good size and cleaned regularly. The only point of note is that New York is an expensive place to stay and it may be worth sacrificing location for cost in future. However this hotel ticked all the boxes.

One of the best NYC hotel stays we've ever had.Posted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: Aside from location and amenities, what could be nicer than free breakfast and free happy hour drinks. Employees were terrific and helpful.
Cons: Tell the maid service not to forget about face cloths when changing hand and bath towels.
Location: Location close to excellent restaurants and all B'way theaters. If you are subway-wise, close to the 42nd Street subway hub. 44th Street very quiet.
Loved the boutique quality of the Premier, quiet, personal and convenient. Outstanding room amenities and service. Location on 44th St. was perfect, close to the B'way shows. This will be our hotel choice forever.

Al centro di New YorkPosted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: La posizione
Hotel centralissimo, camera confortevole e silenziosa. Noi eravamo al 47esimo piano con vista sull'orologio di Times Square, bellissimo.
