We loved our stay at Hilton. It was definitely top notch accommodations. The city view is definitely worth the extra cost. The room was spacious and cozy and the bathroom was large with plenty of storage. The only unexpected charges I didn't like were the $300 security deposit which I'm assuming is $100/night. Most hotels are only $100 for your entire stay. Also they inform you of a "credit" for their restaurant, but don't inform you that you're getting charged whether you use this "credit" or not. The menu items were pricier than we would have expected to pay so we opted not to visit the restaurant at all. If I had known this credit was an actual charge then we would have at least made the cost worth it. The staff was super friendly and other than the constant maintenance on the middle elevator we really enjoyed our stay!

We got lucky and booked for a day NYC was supposed to get a snowstorm. From night to morning, suddenly everything was white. We spent the day outside and got to come back to a beautiful view that can be had from this location. Our stay also came with a $30 dining credit that we did not use but NYC in the snow is amazingly beautiful and we took advantage of being outside. The front desk was great with us. We hope to come back soon.

Very beautiful the view is gorgeous. Wasn’t expecting the lobby to look as nice as it did. There is a $100 hold they put on your card as insurance that they tell you about at check in and they also take out $30 for food.

I’ve stayed here many times as my daughter lives around the corner. I wish they had an ice machine and a full length closet. I’ve had better rooms here but I won’t complain as we are only here for a few hours. Hope to get a better room with the fancy toilet next time we come.

Amazing hotel, great view, comfortable room. Waited over 40 minutes to check in- issues with other guests and seemed like not enough staff working front desk. Went to check out and and heard the employee tell the person next to me “you didn’t use your 30 dollar food credit. Go use it and then check out.” I thought this was great service but the lady I had was quite different. As she was checking me out on the computer, I politely asked where in the hotel I could use the 30 dollar credit. She immediately looked at me and said “I just checked you out, you can’t use it now.” She then made a big sigh and said “I’ll open your account up and then come back.” She was extremely rude about this. When I came back after I thanked her for allowing me to do that and she didn’t say a word to me. Lol okay.

We stay here multiple times a year when we visit our daughter in Turtle Bay. We find the hotel very safe, clean, well run and convenient. The staff is very friendly and prompt with assistance when needed. We highly recommend this hotel .

From our initial greeting to to leaving the staff was welcoming and pleasant. Due to my status, normally we’re upgraded but I knew upon checking in it was full but the gentleman was very kind and was like I can give you a great view and he did. We walked into the room and the view was breathtaking. We were overjoyed too that there was a smart tv. We’d just returned from London and wanted to just relax a bit in our room with good food. Great options were available for food. I ordered my food in. My daughters walked and returned and were in love with their choices at each mealtime. My oldest loved they had a tennis court The hotel is old like most places in NY but very well kept. It’s beautiful upon walking in with jazz playing in the lobby. It’s just a really lush and beautiful ambiance and atmosphere. My two girls and I would stay here again for sure.
