When we arrived at the hotel around 11:30 pm we made the check in and went to our room, when we tried to open the door the key card didn't work, after several attempts we decided to ask for help. The guy in front desk told my husband to go up again by himself and try again because that door was always open because it goes to a "foyer" that is shared with two rooms. My husband came back and try again and didn't work. He went down again and finally came back with the guy to realize that in fact the door was locked. The guy went to look for the key card for that door, came back and open, then tried to open the door of our room which actually did but it was with the swing bar door FROM INSIDE, so we asked if maybe the room was occupied and he said "No, the room is vacant" and pushed the door, but it didn't open. So he went to look for the "engineer" to try to open de door, because "sometimes this happens". When he came back, he was with the key card for another room "that is actually much better" because this room is occupied by a lady! Ok, we went to the other room and instead of being a king size (that we requested) it were two full beds, I asked him for a discount or refund because of this trouble, he smiled (like it was a joke) and told me that he was going to look for another room with king size bed. 10 minutes later he went for us and went to the 3rd room with king size bed and it was the disability room and there were not TV remote control! The worst!
