Said no smoking it smelled like smoke. No iron, no long mirror, hardly space for your clothes, room for 4 only 2 towels that were old and as rough as sand paper. bathroom door was crack, shower pole was rusty. the mattress seen better days about 5 years ago. I paid 600 for two nights . I don't recommend

Agree with good reviews
With reviews all over the map we were a bit apprehensive but the location was perfect for our trip and there were many other good reviews. I have to side with those good ones; the people at Phoenix were helpful and kind, the room was clean and though it was furnished minimally, any dings were the cause of prior guests and not lack of maintenance, and the signs stressing the rules could only be taken badly if you might be the type to break them. The price was better than other hotels close by and we will be back next time we visit this area, thank you for a good stay!

In a bad neighborhood alot of drug dealer staying
Dirty, alot of drug user staying , unsafe, doors will not lock from the inside, bad neighborhood .check in Already from the front desk knew it was not good. The manager of the place will not refund the money back. This place is a scam... everything all broken down. Typical sh*thole place. They expect ppl to book it and turn away... will tell the hotel.com ppl that their doors and rooms are safe and all clean..but in reality....dirty as f*ck the doors dont lock and the place seems to be a place to deal drug buys .
