The is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was on the 9th floor and had to use the stairs as the lifts did not work.
Rooms are fine if you can get to them. Location is good, but staff are not. They do not care and did nothing to fix the lifts in 2 days of complaining.
I would like a refund.
