Great location,Fair Parking Rates,Great StaffPosted Jun 28, 2016
Pros: The lobby, restaurant, and rooftop bar area. The king suite was comfy and clean. The staff (Cat, Rachel, & Mario)
Location: Convenient to restaurants, late nigh eateries, shops, subway station, etc !
I traveled into the city alone for my first time & I couldn't have had a better experience. I was greeted by Cat, Rachel, & Mario ----- & I don't think I've ever met friendlier hotel staff. They were very welcoming, & informative by providing me with great tips for restaurants, shopping, & how to travel by subway ! Parking was only $35, but compared to other places who were $75&more , this was more than fair. I felt extremely safe the entire time. Convenient to late night restaurants, & subway station. My room was beautiful and clean. The chocolates were a real plus too ! I will definitely return !

Wonderful Boutique Hotel...Highly RecommendedPosted Jun 17, 2016
Location: Perfect for this visit. I was able to easily make all of my meetings/restaurants appointments without a problem. Very convenient location.
The hotel ambiance/décor was more than I had originally expected. It's more modern, everything is very neat and clean. The front desk people were excellent all around. Check in was early for me and there was no problem with my early arrival. Would definitely stay there again. Location was terrific for me. Wonderfully incredible food at O Ya next door.

Lovely boutique hotel, close to all transportationPosted May 11, 2016
Pros: Intimate and quiet.
Cons: As stated above the breakfast situation could be set up better, more signage. Even giving each guest a written note explaining how it works.
Location: The location is great! We purchased a week subway pass for $32 each and you can go anywhere. Get a subway app on your phone too!
We are avid visitors to NYC. Loved this newly decorated hotel with attentive and pleasant staff. Rooms are well decorated to accommodate clothing and personal items, most other hotels do not have personal space for items. Lighting is wonderful, so many options. Cozy queen bed. Quiet room #613. A tad of noise when rooftop bar is open but doable. Our room description said robes, there was only one, so ackward for two people. It stated breakfast was included. The set up was tricky. Coffee, juice and fruit set out in a convenient location. We were told a $10 credit for pastries at the cafe attached to the breakfast/eating are. It is not plainly labeled, you need to go around a corner to find that. I saw many people leave after seeing just coffee and fruit. There are many European visitors that looked puzzled. Suggestion is to label it with a sign re complementary pastries and breakfast sandwiches available around the corner. The cafe is open to the public so this is confusing to the visitor. Included items up to $10 (2 people) billed to your room and it will be adjusted later. We took advantage of the breakfast everyday! Pastries and egg sandwiches are fabulous! We will be returning. The whole staff was wonderful. The area is safe, we took nightly walks! We don't do McDonalds but there is one at the corner, also a drugstore and bagel shop in the same block.
