DO NOT STAY HERE! They will charge you for everything they possibly can at check in. Very rude, yelled at my entire party across the hotel lobby. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Caused us so much trouble we had to check out early.

Excellent location, room with a view directly to one world tower and the memorial 9/11 park. Super pretty and chic. Clean, service was excellent. 10/10. When I’m back in NYC, I will definitely book this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is convenient if you are looking for places to eat (O'Hara's is right next door and Joe's Pizza a few blocks down the street) or to shop. We found several bakeries and grocery stores. The 911 memorial is walking distance and the subway is only like a block away. They do offer a taxi service to the airport with a flat rate which we thought was reasonable. The hotel was clean and tidy, rooms are a bit small, ours did not have much counter space or a microwave. I did not like the soap, shampoo or body wash, I believe they are all exactly the same only with different labels. No conditioner or bars of soap. The AC was very efficient and cold but very noisy. Overall it was a good fit, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend it. Just bring your own shower supplies.
