Location is convenient, but that's literally the only benefit of staying here. The entire property is under construction. Very slow check-in, which is painful when you're just getting off a flight. Very expensive.

The front desk staff was great. The building was under construction which we were not told. The parking was absolutely horrible and unorganized. There was one older guy doing all the work in the lot while the other guy was slow. Took forever to park. The room was clean. I saw what looked like a cockroach downstairs.

Said there was a 24 hour shuttle from the airport. But couldn’t get confirmation from the kiosk call station. Called an Uber and then the shuttle randomly came. Looks like the main floor is under construction so no food.

Be very careful booking through Expedia. They advertised a shuttle for this hotel and there wasn't. Plus they had no record of the booking reference even though I had a booking reference. The icing on the cake was it cost me double when I arrived. Phone ahead to make sure you exist in the system and have lots of room on your credit card. Good luck.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so the dilapidated lobby and elevators were probably excusable. We had some rowdy neighbours, and thin walls. These neighbours also placed the garbage in clear plastic bags out in the hallways, which apparently is a usual practice at the hotel. On the first night of our stay the fire alarm went off at around 2 or 3 AM - the manager announced on the PA system that they were looking for the source of the fire, then announced that they located it and everything was fine. These things made us uncomfortable and we tried to ascertain through expedia the possibility of terminating our stay and seeking other accommodations. To no one’s surprise, the hotel management told the expedia team that they could not speak with them until after 11 AM (after check out time) and then when they finally spoke they told the expedia team that processing the request for refund would take 3 days (which was the length of the rest of our stay there) in addition, and most horrible of all was that they told the expedia team that the fire alarm was a test!! At 3AM!! - We ended up having to complete our stay there, and the fire alarm went off at 8AM again, in the same circumstances as before on the last day of our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon booking I was a little hesitant after arriving I was welcomed by 3 front desk staff Celesia Juan and crystal they were very professional and soo accommodating they made my check in fast and amazing however after staying here I noticed it was also a long term rental for Red Cross victims etc other the someone pulling the fire alarm at 3am every night the renovated rooms were nice and clean

The room I got was neat and modern, some areas of the hotel are outdated while others are under renovation. Owing to the renovation, the lobby area was not very inviting. I was not aware of the renovations and I think persons should be made aware of this to manage expectations . Additionally the absence of luggage carts and or an option for luggage assistance is a total disadvantage for customers with multiple pieces of luggage. The staff are pleasant.

Rude staff and under construction. No breakfast. Not even coffee!!!! Front desk staff were rude. Asked if the airport shuttle outside that was outside is the one I needed to get on and she said “well it doesn’t have our logo on it, so no” and got some eye rolls.

There seem to be many people living in the hotel, and I believe they are refugees, but I am not sure. The fire alarm went off at midnight, and the hotel staff said it was a test! Then they said smoke was detected. The alarm went on for 45 min and it just felt unsafe overall.

In the hotels defense we know it’s in the middle of a renovation so options were limited. The buffet was good and staff was very friendly. Our room looked nice and could tell it had been renovated, however it was a bit like putting lipstick on a pig. Our window was still broken to where it wouldn’t shut so we could feel all the outside air and could hear everything happening outside. The bed was comfortable, tv worked. If you’re staying for one night I guess it was ok. Maybe the renovation will make it better.

The hotel advertises a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. We had to wait close to an hour for them to send a taxi because their shuttle bus was not running. We have a very early flight, so by the time we haven’t got to the hotel, we’re not here for very long . Then, did nothing to try to rectify the situation or take any accountability. Then gave us the key to the wrong room that had already been occupied by someone else. The customer service was so poor and nothing was done in our favor. Do not recommend at all.

The property is under construction so dining/bar experience was a bit odd but the waitress who had the entire room was wonderful. Kids and parents running up and down the hallways screaming late at night.
