Pratico

Posted Feb 6, 2016
Pros: ...

Posted Jan 26, 2016
空港から少し遠いが、無料のシャトルバスが出ているので移動は問題ない。 周りはご飯が食べられるようなところはないので、ホテルのレストランを使用せざるおえない。 ロケーション的に外を出歩くのは少し怖い感じがする。

Wouldn't recommend this Hotel, there are better

Posted Jan 22, 2016
Pros: Close to Airport.
Cons: Bathrooms need upgraded. Beds need something, not sure what that piece of metal jutting out was about.
Location: Easy drive to Airport.
This hotel was a choice made due to having to overnight with family before a flight. Thought that by choosing a Radisson that it would be of better quality than others around JFK. I was disappointed. The desk clerk was nice enough but I had read that there was self parking, only to be told by this clerk that they only have valet parking. After a brief discussion the valet informed me that he would "let" me self park my car. I asked for adjoining rooms and was told that they don't have adjoining rooms...if I wanted that I'd have to upgrade to a suite. When we got to our rooms we found that they do have the doors that adjoin the rooms but the rooms that they gave us were the two that didn't have an adjoining door. Bathrooms are hideous and small. Wallpaper coming off of the walls, toilet paper dispenser falling out of the wall, fixtures in the shower were not properly installed and looked unfinished and sloppy. The rooms were clean, beds were decent. Pillows are horrible and there was a large protruding piece of metal sticking out the side of my bed. I didn't realize it till bedtime so didn't call down to complain, used one of the pillows to cover it up so me or my son wouldn't bash a shin on it during the night. All in all this hotel didn't fit the bill. We travel to the JFK area twice a year to pick up incoming family from the airport, it's an 8 hour drive for us so we need to overnight, will try another hotel next time.

Dear Tiffany We would like to apologize regarding any inconvenience caused during this stay with a reassurance that we will make good on this during your next visit. We are looking into the issues you mention and will have them rectified. We also wanted to let you know that only our Jr. suites are adjoining to a room with two double beds.

Cumole su funsion basica

Posted Jan 11, 2016

Any port in a storm

Posted Jan 4, 2016
Pros: Staff and rooms
Cons: Level of food.
Location: Desolate.
We spent two nights when flights were cancelled. A grim place with food that prisoners would complain about. A cold lobby. The room was fine, but we were trapped there as there is nowhere within walking distance other than other hotels and a combined gas station and donut place.

Dear Dennis Thank you for your feedback after this recent stay. We apologize that we could not meet your expectations on the quality of the food but will be sure to address this. The hotel is in an area designated by the city of New York- not much we can change on that. Savio

OK in a pinch

Posted Jan 3, 2016
Pros: No much, other than the bedding was very good and the staff seemed friendly
Cons: Do something about the café and bar to spruce it up a bit. Try offering a simple continental breakfast.
Location: Location is right in the middle of a number of other hotels who offer more perks. Location is about 8 minutes from the airport by shuttle.
Expensive for what they offer. No perks. No continental breakfast and the restaurant was cold and minimal. The bar is not stocked well and it was also very cold. Lots of room service trays/dishes left in the hallways. Very good airport pick up and delivery. Nice drivers. Nice staff.

Ok hotel for the price. I have seen better. Hotel staff was friendly, restaurant staff could be more hospitable and friendly. Room was clean. Called for more towels, were delivered quickly. I have been to better hotels for the price.

Cons: The choices from the in hotel market for food
Location: Close to airport, but nothing else
Nice staff and room, I just wish for choices for food. The restaurant was closed in the afternoon, the food was bland tha I received from room service

Accommodating staff

Posted Dec 17, 2015
My flight was delayed and the staff was more than happy to arrange for a late check out and another airport shuttle. Having come from an overseas trip, it was most appreciated.
