Economic stay near NYC in NJ

Cons: Staff didn't seem welcoming or warm, rather seemed cold.
The location was close to Newark airport and NYC. Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the airport and the hotel. If you use a car, you will need to get an exit pass from the reception every time you exit the parking lot. The staff at the reception certainly did not come across as warm and friendly.

Stayed here two nights for a business trip. Check-in staff rude. The room stank of bleach, carpets were filthy, bed very uncomfortable. Food at the restaurant was terrible, ordered a Greek chicken wrap and the lettuce inside had parts that were so rotten they were black.

Great for quick airport overnight

Decent price for the area and free shuttle to/from the airport. I'm picky about my pillow so I was glad to see each bed had several different pillows, they weren't all super thin or overly stuffed. I'd stay here again.

Worse experience ever

Customer service Is the worse i have ever seen, so many hidden fees, rooms are not very clean. Is just. A bad experience over all

It's a nice place to stay for a lay over

Rooms were good . Only thing I did not like paying all that money you do not get free breakfast and the parking you have to pay for per night .

Decent hotel close to airport

Very close to airport. The staff is supportive. I would recommend this hotel if you wanted to stay close by to airport.

Convenient

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: The decor was dated.
Location: It took about 7 minutes to get to the hotel via the shuttle and even less than that to return.
The Ramada at the airport is fine for an overnight stay. While the place could use an update, for a traveler needing a one night stay it is convenient and reasonable enough to be recommended.

Terrible hotel

Not worth the money to stay. Only nice thing about this place is the lobby. It is next to a prison which they don't tell you and there was almost no parking on a Monday night.

Anniversary Getaway

Pros: I loved the ambiance, restaurant that luxurious bed.
Cons: The bathroom and room services.
Location: As a Newark resident I am very familiar with the location and it is great. I also like that it is off on a back road.
I live here in Newark and just wanted a peaceful time with my significant other on our anniversary night. For the most part, our stay was lovely, the food and staff was great. My only issue was the tub was just a little stained and they did not deliver the food to the room.
