Staff is so nice and I love the free shuttle, but all the dishes in my room were dirty. They were obviously not cleaned because they had dried food on them

Really easy to airport. The location and the parking lot is a little “dodgy” it’s a warehouse district. good for a night before catching a flight.

Budget stay for a family vacation
It’s a basic average place to stay on a budget, that’s it. I didn’t expect anything more than a budget stay for our family trip to NY/NJ. It’s a small decent size room with a kitchenette, microwave, tv, fridge, queen bed, and a soda bed. There were sufficient bedding for 4 people. The bathroom door lock was broken and even though I repeatedly asked to fix that, no one did. Poor service. Overall ok. You get what you pay for, simple.

The staff are friendly pleasant and helpful. It is very convenient and the suite size is perfect for us and our young adult children when on family trips. The nightly price price was read as well. There are some things that can be improved on. The rooms needs a lot of upgrades and non-smoking in the rooms need to be enforced and managed better. We experienced a combination of smoking from that made it very unpleasant to sleep through the night as the smoke made it into our room through the gaps.

First of all the staff and the hotel are great, however getting to New York City from there is very time consuming. The public transport is sporadic, busses and trains. I regret staying there just for the poor access to New York City. What we saved in money we lost in time. The hotel is in an industrial area with no supermarkets nearby. The Mills At Jersey Gardens is a clothing outlet centre with only fast food on offer when it's open.

Hallways desperately needing vacuum. Prior guests used washcloths left in shower. Breakfast staff needs to keep closer eye on conditions, coffee empty, no forks, no potatoes and very few eggs. Check in staff very informative and helpful.
