great for drinks before and after theater excellent staff rooms drinks stay here every time im in nyc

Wouldn't go back!!!

The room is extremely small you were burning up or freezing! Bathroom could only fit 1 person, sink small, chipped tub! The hot water was scorching! Very Dusty! Bed Room & sitting area seperated by a curtain! Restaurant not open on weekends! No room service, no spa service. Lobby beautiful! For the price we paid I was expecting a much better hotel stay. No 4/5 star hotel.

good location , room looks outdated

close to everything, nice restaurant, service was generally good,however when I called front desk asked about wifi ,a lady just kept repeated the same thing with very rude attitude and won't even listen my question. beautiful lobby, room was disappointed though, in picture it looks better.

Nice hotel with a great location!

We really enjoyed The Royalton Hotel! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go in the city such as Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, 5th Ave., The Empire State Building, etc. The room was so cozy and we especially loved the fireplaces in the loby...a great way to warm up after walking outside in the cold! The staff was friendly and helpful as well. We went the week of Christmas and one thing it was lacking was Christmas decor.

Nice hotel close to Broadway

Pros: I loved the location and the atmosphere.
Location: The hotel is very close to Broadway but not to close so it was perfect. It was still quite and very convenient for shopping and night time activities.
upon my arrival, I was upgraded to a bigger room so I was ver happy. That room was very roomy and so was the bathroom.

Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating

Heater was not working, the staff bent over backwards to find another room for me.
