Debbie and Eric were fantastic hosts. Classic Brownstone that has been in Debbie's family for 3 generations. Location was ideal, close enough to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn AArt Museum as well as the subway to get to places futher afield. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. They ran a Dinner and Jazz evening while we were there and both the food and the entertainment were phenomenal. Parking was readily available close to their B&B. Overall a great stay with great hosts. Thanks

The people, the building, the location. Debbie and Eric really go the extra mile to make your stay great. Will definitely stay here next visit to NY.

    • Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

The room was really dusty and the rugs were visibly dirty. The windows rattled in the wind and one was cracked. The handle fell off the front door. The lock on our room door didn’t work properly.

    Don't miss this gem!

The building is from the 1880's, authentic period brownstone. Room we had was very nice. The hosts, Debbie and Eric, are great folks. Genuine, outgoing, entertaining, very knowledgeable about the area and its history. Jazz in the front room some nights, Eric on the bass. Even if a luxury hotel is more to your liking, spend a night here.
