There was no outlet to plug my coffee machine into, and the safe didn’t work. I asked very nicely to transfer to a different room but I guess they didn’t have anything available. The conversation ended there. I also decided to extend my stay in Brooklyn and didn’t want the pain in the butt of going to a different hotel, so I asked to extend my stay, and they were wanting to charge me twice what I had paid a day unless I went through the rigmarole of doing it online, even though I am sure the guy totally could’ve done it. The vibe there is a bunch of people who hate their lives and jobs. The energy in there is stagnant and angry. I didn’t realize it until I went to another hotel. I wish I would’ve gone to another hotel. The first day I was there.
