Great rooms bad neighborhood

The staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. This hotel is not in a very nice neighborhood and I would actually not be comfortable going outside.The lobby is very small and we had to get out in the street because the vehicles cannot pull up in front of the hotel. I assume that is where the employees park because there were cars parked in the front of this hotel.

Great location near JFK airport. Hotel staff are courteous and provides free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Fantastic as expected

Location: Very near to the jfk intl. airport
Was awesome good staff the room was very clean and the best part is the breakfast was really really good.

friendly hotel close to airport

Pros: the staff,the bed, the WIFI excellent. left on 530 am shuttle but breakfast lady gave me Danish/coffee to go. thank you.
Cons: noise outside bedroom window...probably due to area of nyc...hard to avoid...
Location: 10 min shuttle from airport and back, very short distance.
great shuttle driver. very friendly. very polite. got me back to airport in quick fashion. check in was very efficient. bed was extremely comfortable. overall a very good experience

Quick sleepover.

It was just an overnight return from Italy until leaving for home in the morning. The surroundings were mostly industrial but there was a park and pond a few blocks away. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great: waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, cereal, etc.

I would not stay here.

Extremely dirty . Requested a new room and the second room still had hair in the bathtub and food stuck on the ceiling so extremely dirty. Awful so slept with the lights on. Purchased thru Hotels.com. Requested to be able to not stay the night and go to another hotel however Hotels.com called the hotel and they informed us the money would not be given back so I had to stay the night and suffer.
