Fantastic as expected

Location: Very near to the jfk intl. airport
Was awesome good staff the room was very clean and the best part is the breakfast was really really good.

friendly hotel close to airport

Pros: the staff,the bed, the WIFI excellent. left on 530 am shuttle but breakfast lady gave me Danish/coffee to go. thank you.
Cons: noise outside bedroom window...probably due to area of nyc...hard to avoid...
Location: 10 min shuttle from airport and back, very short distance.
great shuttle driver. very friendly. very polite. got me back to airport in quick fashion. check in was very efficient. bed was extremely comfortable. overall a very good experience

Hotel Shuttle was not running?

Cons: Ice machine did not work. Have a working shuttle.
We stayed at the hotel in order to have a quick shuttle to and from JFK airport. On the return, I called for the shuttle and I was told that it was not running so we would have to take a cab. I waited an hour for a cab and was refunded at the front desk, but the entire point of staying at the hotel for the shuttle was moot.

We were there only for one night. Stayed there because of airport nearby. Everything else is great but the rooms. The rooms is so small. We barely have space to move or put luggage. Other than that, staff, conditions were good for the price

unfortunate experience

I've stayed @this hotel plenty of times I've never had this problem before first they charged Mt card twice and keeps telling me that they didn't but I have it on my bank statement and there was no ice no breakfast

Could use an upgrade

Hallway too dark the doors and carpet are dark. Needs brightness. Rooms are too cluttered. Television wasn't working properly

Clean Hotel for a quick Stay

Pros: The beauty of the room and the continental breakfast
Very clean hotel with beautiful and updated room. Although the room was kind of cramped and on the small side, My husband and our twins were comfortable enough for our short stay. Continental breakfast was great and you got as much food as you wanted when I was there. We traveled from Florida, but we are originally from New York and didnt know what to expect, but glad we went with this one.

Minimum for what we needed. Patking while staying at hotel should have beeb free.
