The hotel is new and in good shape. It offers nothing extraordinary. The staff was either very nice and professional (receptionist) or rude and unbearable (shuttle driver). It is great to find a clean hotel in such a shady neighbourhood but you would not want to exit its premises. There is not even a convenience store in the vicinity. The area is uninviting but relatively near to the airport. Take into account the traffic to calculate your pick up or ride.

I'm surprised to find this place in this neighborhood but glad that it's there. The rooms are relatively cold for these months and the heat is hard to adjust. Otherwise, I love the decor of the room, it's a very relaxing vibe.

Very clean The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom floors ( to cold ) and the shower didn’t had a glass door and you wet the entire floor. Also the water temperature was to cold for us the ones that like really hot water .

Room ameni ty ies not what I expected of Springhill Suites. Parking access was awful. Breakfast seevice personell was not very attentive but maybe was understaffed. They were trying but service was a bit tardy.

The staff was friendly and it was a nice location, but the room I had was talked away in a corner and about the size of a closet. I was staying there a few days and asked for a refrigerator in a microwave and got neither.
