Terrible experiencePosted Sep 21, 2015
The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. People were screaming, fighting, and slamming doors at all hours of the night and the walls were paper-thin so it sounded like people were standing right in our room screaming. We stayed for 2 nights and both nights we were woken up by what sounded like domestic violence at 1, 2, and 3 a.m. I tried to use the blowdryer in our room and it wasn't blowing air and then it started smoking like it was about to catch on fire. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like all the springs were broken. The TV only had 15 or so channels. When we arrived, the door to our room was propped open with a chair as if the custodians weren't finished cleaning it yet. They assured us it was ready for us even though it didn't seem like the bathroom had been cleaned. Overall, a terrible experience, especially for the rate. The price was just as expensive as other hotels in the area but the room and building were disgusting, dirty, and very disappointing.

Pros: Absolutely nothing, everything was a false, breakfast room was standing room only, 9am check out is at 11am. I have traveled and stayed at many hotel
Cons: A larger parking area to accommodate according to rooms, same with breakfast room more tables and chairs. Softer mattresses not granit slabs, rock pi
Location: I chose it because it was close to the restaurant where my function was.
Got to hotel at 3pm registered wanted to go to room to drop off bags before going to our function, asked about parking because we were double parked in front of hotel, we were told there were no parking spaces available, that maybe later there would be some, we went to our function lucky thing the restaurant had a private parking area with an attendant since our bags were in the back of our suv and visible. Went to our function had a great time. We left at 11pm went to the hotel to park for the night parking lot still full, we drove around the corner for an hour waiting to see if we could find street parking, I'm originally from Brooklyn and know that is an impossible wish. That is why I chose the hotel because it stated parking available sure on the toss of your dice. After an hour someone left and we parked. Went to the front office to see if we needed a ticket to put on the car, the only thing I got was $20.00 for parking which I would have gladly paid if I had found a parking spot upon my arrival, but after wasting so much gas circling the block. That was the insult then the injury was next, he desk clerk said oh I see you rented a king smoking room, we don't have smoking rooms. That's when I blew up I was tired, and had to use a bathroom asked if they had one in the lobby, no only in the room. I told the clerk that out of the list of less expensive hotels in the area I chose theirs because the offered the two items I needed and wanted. The bed was hard n the pillow

GOOD Price, GOOD Location, Small RoomsPosted Aug 25, 2015
It was walking distance to the train and Barclay center. Room was tiny, but that's most Brooklyn hotels. Breakfast was adequate, hotel staff did their jobs. Walls are paper thin. You can hear muffled conversation from other rooms. Overall it's a fine place to save a Buck and fall asleep.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo/distanza centro cittaPosted Aug 25, 2015

The worst experiencePosted Aug 15, 2015
When I've got there nobody offered me help I put my bags on a cart and took my luggage to my room. Two guys are talking to each other laughing and they didnt care, customers are the last thing in their minds, breakfast was bad no place to sit down only two tables in the breakfast area, honestly it's not worth 50 dollars a night

Vicino al centroPosted Aug 12, 2015
Hotel in zona tranquilla (Brooklyn) ma da cui è facile raggiungere il centro. Camere pulite e moderne. Bagno OK. Sala colazione un po troppo piccola.

Ok hotel dirty. me and my husband got really sick.Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: At least it was near to sub way.
Cons: Cleaning is number one also if people from upstairs flush the toilets you hear it like some one is chocking. Even in our rooms when you flush the toil
Location: We walked up the Library which was nice plus 4th and 5th ave have some stores and restaurants.
Had no idea that we will be paying $20. per night. It was a very dirty floor. I had to get a wet towel to wipe my feet every time I get in the bed. TV all blurry, remote broken plus the fridge was not working. Called front desk about the Tv but nothing happened. We had to go to the front desk than someone took care. People across the room must have dog . Also lots of noises even had the couple fighting while taking the dog out. You can see the dirt in the vents that's blowing right on you.

Decent hotel, listing information was wrongPosted Jul 10, 2015
Hotel location was good, clean. We had booked two double beds, but the room had one single and one double. The staff claimed it was an issue with hotels.com (who we hadn't booked through, obviously) and insisted on charging us an extra $20 per night for a cot.
