Hotel has gone downhill significantly since our prior stay in 2017. Second lock on door had been torn off, moldy shower, ratty towels with holes in them, broken fixtures, no room cleaning service during stay, no breakfast, terrible bed linens, no replenishment of coffee/sugar for coffee maker, rude front desk staff, ad infinitum...

The affordability and placement of public transit is very convenient. the bathrooms/showered could be bigger, and the area right around the hotel can be a little sketchy. Overall, i would give it 4/5.

The Hotel was extremely unsafe and unresponsive to our situation. There were people in the hallway all evening, banging loudly, throwing things and yelling. There was nothing done by the staff or the security remedy the issue and eventually the police needed to be called.
