I was not able to check in because my flight to NYC on Delta from Rochester for cancelled. I was disappointed to learn that I will still be charged for the hotel. I was coming to NYC for a work trip and had enough stress driving to a town two hours away to get a flight at 5am tomorrow. I can't speak to the hotel quality but I was really looking forward to my stay and am now out the money through no fault of my own.

Bryant Park Hôtel was an excellent place to stay. Very convenient and Shannen at the front lobby was so friendly and was so welcoming. My granddaughter adored the place and Shannen. Absolutely recommend this place.

Wonderful location right across from Bryant Park. Great middle ground from Times Square, tons of shopping and dining options. Not far from Moynihan Terminal (walk a few blocks). Staff was great. 15th floor room was of average size. Nice sized bathroom with shower and tub. Under the bed was dusty; one wall had a smeared booger on it; bathroom had a blood splatter spot (hence the 3 star).

Enjoyed the hospitality and the contemporary feel of the hotel. Very clean, and remarkably quiet. Only negative is that the TV didn't work but we only stayed one night so that didn't matter. Bed could have been softer but I am picky about that because I have hip issues.

Lovely hotel in a great location, within walking distance to Times Square, and 5th Avenue, and the subway was just 100 ft away. The customer service representatives were courteous and friendly, the room was excellent, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room as well as the bathroom were sparkling clean. They also offered a free coffee and muffins in the morning, which was appreciated.

The staff at the Bryant Park are always amazing. We have stayed there twice and had the same fabulous service both times. The location can’t be beat. Central to Midtown Manhattan in easy walking distance to the Theatre District but away from the crazy of Times Square.

Hotel is a great location with an excellent staff. The Director, John was attentive to my issues and the general manager was quick to action. It’s an old hotel (100-years old), with some quality issues that need to be addressed. But overall it was a pleasant experience and it’s a work in progress. They were kind enough to comp. My one night stay and sent a refund through Expedia.

Bryant Park hotel is the best hotel in NYC, I stayed last year and it was blast stay, so I came back this year. All staffs are always nice and kind and the property does not age at all comparing to last year. All requests are immediately handdled. Everybody knows BPH has perfect location and decent size of room / bathroom, which is really enjoyable, but the best part is their warm heart and kindness. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for place to stay. I will come back on March next year. Thank you!

Wow what a fab hotel! Very comfortable and very central, just about the perfect hotel! Huge bath tubs for when you’ve finished sightseeing. Great helpful staff, especially Dwight, John and Jo with their great restaurant recommendations. We dithered a lot booking a hotel as we hadn’t been to NYC before, but so glad we chose this great hotel, don’t hesitate just book it. We will be back

Amazing location, just a few blocks from Times Square and right across the street from Bryant Park. Staff was wonderful. Property was very clean, nicely updated, and large rooms by Manhattan standards. Only complaints are lack of breakfast provided, and we had to move rooms due to a shower leak. But the hotel was very accommodating and moved us immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Bryant Park hotel delivered this weekend! Had a bumpy start but Management immediately addressed our concerns and went above and beyond to deliver us the amazing experience we expected. Located at the heart of Manhattan! I highly recommend this hotel. Stop at the Celòne bar/lounge for some drinks before heading out. Great vibe and service. Looking forward to our next stay at Bryant Park hotel!

That it was a stones throw from a pop-up ice rink that was free with your own boots and I could visit with ease....daily. That we could afford a suite in that area.

The Bryant Park is in an ideal location, close to Broadway and with easy access to all of midtown. The staff was great especially Jo at the front desk.

Loved our stay, Jo at the front desk upgraded us to a great suite overlooking the Winter Garden, super clean rooms, cozy bed linens and Molton Brown products, large sinking tub with super separate shower, Valet Parking so easy (pricey but worth it).
