Location: La posizione è l'unica cosa comoda, abbastanza vicino alla subway, a Central Park. Zona tranquilla .

Don't stay here!!

Posted Aug 2, 2015
We stayed in the "Junior Penthouse". Mattresses are soooooo old. Pillows are old and stained. Sheets had mysterious hairs between them. The window air conditioning units do not work. Went to take a shower, no wash clothes. Luckily there was someone in the office the next morning and we asked for wash clothes. We were told they didn't have many and they could give us 2 (there were 4 of us staying there!). Out of the 2 washclothes, 1 was heavily stained. The bedroom with the walk out roof access, the door did not lock to the roof. The ceiling fan appeared as if it was going to fall on the bed at any moment. The tub/shower is useless in that room unless you don't mind the neighbors across the street watching you. The kind of place you definitely don't want to walk around in your bare feet. The front door to the street is locked at night but all you have to do is push it and it opens without unlocking the door knob. We stayed only because it was convenient to who we were visiting for 2 nights and we were out all day. If not for that we would have gladly forfeited what we had already paid Expedia and switched hotels the very first night!!!

Worst New York Hotel by far

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: poor
No staff. Told to book in by 7pm. Voice mailed to see if I could be there by 5.30pm. Got there at 4.45 pm. No staff. Guy hanging about in lobby hoping for some staff said he knew where my key was it was hidden behind a book!!!

No cumplen lo que prometen.

Posted Jul 13, 2015

NYC on a Budget

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Someone on duty more often to help guests.
Location: Great location. Great little breakfast shop at 77 and 2nd. Le Quo**** something.
This was a low budget hotel to stay in for NYC. The location was fine, Upper East, the clerk was very accommodating. Attention to detail was lacking. One evening we ran out of toilet paper and there was no one on staff. The next day, it was filled, but our towels were missing and there was no staff to ask for more from. Half the lights were missing bulbs or not working.

A great place central to everything

Posted May 6, 2015
It was great, comfortable and homely in the heart of the upper East Side. Close to two subway stops, restaurants and the convenience of a kitchen in room really helped.
