Nice, cozy hotel in convenient midtown location.

Pros: I liked my room and the location.
Location: The hotel is withing walking distance to all the best stores and restaurants.
I've stayed in this hotel a number of times. It is a convenient location for me--near work, shopping and restaurants.

Very nice hotel. Great staff and location.

Pros: The decor and size of the room.
Cons: Nothing. Was a wonderful experience. No wants on this trip.
Location: Great shopping nearby. Central park is close for walking running or carriage rides like we did. Subway is also down around the corner.
Hotel was modern and nicely furnished. We originally booked a small suite and were upgraded for free. We had our whole family (2 adults, 4 kids including a 9 month old).The staff was super courteous. The decor was nice and location was awesome. Walked all around time square and central park and shopped up and down fifth and Madison ave. We definitely recommend to others.

Nice Hotel, Close to transport

Location: Location was great, easy to get to walk to train, bus.
The hotel was in a great location, close to subway, bus and hop on hop off bus and the area was quite. The free breakfast package was well worth getting as the attached Restaurant was a little pricey if you were to buy from them. The room was very roomy and the bed was great.

Huge room

My friend and I stayed here during New Years and were shocked at how big the room was! We had the deluxe room with two queen beds and didn't pay for anything extra than that, and when we showed up our room had a kitchen and a walk in closet even. Our kitchen had a hot plate, microwave, sink, dishes and a built in wine opener. Our closet was big enough for one of us to change outfits inside. The bathroom was perfect size and shower had great water pressure unlike most hotels so showering here was great also. This hotel is very safe, you need your room key in order to use the elevator to go up to your floor; the elevator won't go unless you punch in your room key before hitting the floor you need, so not just anyone can walk in and go up. The only thing I would say about this hotel (and it's not really it's fault, it's mine for not doing better research) is that it wasn't close to many bars which is what we were hoping to find since we were partying there for the New Year. It was however a super close walk to the subway, and to a CVS! It was also walking distance to a great pizza place (right around the corner but I forget the name) And time square is a 25 min walk and Empire State Building is a 30 minute walk. Overall, this hotel was very nice and I would recommend it to anyone. The price for what we got was fantastic.

Great Location

Pros: More room than a standard big brand hotel change for the same or less money.
Cons: Our original rooms were somewhat dated. The rooms which we moved to were much nicer.
Location: easy walking to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Plenty of high end shopping near the hotel. Cab ride to battery park was 25 minutes.
We were in town for a few days before Christmas and checked in late on a Sunday. We were very surprised to wake up to the sound of workers outside our rooms and the jackhammers across the street. We talked with the front desk and they promptly moved us to two room on the other side of the property. The rest of the stay was quite enjoyable.

Great hotel, great location

Taking my 9yo daughter to NYC for the firat time. Excellent location, spacious and comfortable rooms. Will definetly stay there when we go back.
