Appaling

I am expedia gold and i put my parents for 6 nights in this desastrous hotel. I called expedia and they never called me back.

the hotel is dirty, the room is dirty, and the Wifi is not free as they mention.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is a little cheaper than others around it but it works. If you plan on being out of your room the majority of the time it's perfect for sleeping and showering up in the morning.

I'm not impressed at all. When I arrived the staff was round and the rooms are clearly run down and old. There were scratches on the wall paper and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling area. The location is great but I will not be staying there again. Not worth the money.

Great location relative to Time Square but terrib.

Dirty, dated hotel. When the snow storm was eminent we decided to leave two days early and asked the hotel for a refund. Their answer was no. Gouging IMO to treat out of town guests trying to avoid getting trapped and possibly stuck without a Room.

Very convenient and pleasant hotel.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and attractive. The rooms were a bit too warm and there was a wait to check in, but otherwise all was well.

Great location, some great staff and good rates, But the hotel needs a major update. Rooms were sparsely furnished, bathroom was very outdated and toilet overflowed twice!

Don't be fooled by the pictures

Nice lobby but the rest of the hotel needs an update, very badly. The bed mattresses are worn out and not comfortable. Great location, but that is the only thing I can say good about this dump.

Its location is the best thing about it, other than that the room feels like you're staying in a motel and also no bottles of water in the room and they dont get you, you should buy some.

Hotel in Times Square

Room was fine, plenty of space and clean. Fresh towels everyday. Hotel reception staff not very helpful or friendly. If wanting just a nice room in New York this hotel would be perfect but is want more friendly, informative staff, room service ect I would not recommend this hotel.
