The owners of this property are Slum Landlords and Con Artist. I am appalled that any reputable company with even associate with this hotel. I picked it for the price point and deceiving images that were shared. The lobby is the only thing that is decent. I took tons of photos of curtains falling down, horrible mattresses, awful bathrooms with fixtures as old as the building and rust all around them. No proper lighting with sub par electrical outlets. To add insult to injury the hotel is very noisy and I had to change my room because of it to no avail due to the cliental and noisy housekeeping staff. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was a total rip off and I don't know that I will ever trust expedia again.

This property needs serious updating. Worn carpeting in and out of rooms. U have to purchase coffee in the morning in the lobby Electric outlets not convenient. I had to charge my phone with it being on the floor and not next to the bed where most hotels have outlets.

original room was not as stated in booking. It was dirty, outdated. Staff were rude and refused to offer room that was clearly shown on their direct website and on expedia. Was misleading to give us a room that was not refurbished - even though that is what we paid for. Lifts did not wok repeatedly. Bed gave us a sore back and overall very unpleasant experience. When they eventually gave in and gave us the room we asked, it was tiny and half the size of the first room, barely enough room to fit 2 suitcases on the floor. Will never stay here again.

Fantastic location for the price, and staff were always helpful and friendly. But the issue was that I needed wifi in my room for work and it’s speed was equivalent to dial up. Had to tether my laptop to my phone to get any work done and being from Canada this was pricey. Moved rooms after day 1 and had the same experience. Lastly the place is very run down with paint and wall paper peeling off walls, electrical outlets loose, tubs filling to my ankles while showering, and more. I usually don’t care about these cosmetics but this was at a new level of wear and tear. Again the people that work there are great and the only reason I gave 3 stars was because of them.

The room was super noise and had weird smell from previous customer. The bathroom is not clean. Hard to find charging station. Front desk manager is rude and unhelpful, staff are very slow. Overall terrible experience.

Stay was fine. Have stayed there before. The bathroom sink is cracked, but it doesn't leak. The tub floor is very slippery. I was shocked again by the facility fee that I was charged. I was not expecting that although I think I got charged it last time I stayed there just didn't remember, all the staff that I dealt with were wonderful

We booked two bed and they had one reserved, It changed to two beds in a room with stained peeling wall[paper. The ohone did not work, rug on ffloor was damaged, the bathroom shower curtain rod was broken, the tub and sink faucet were old and worn. We had 3 days of no room service. We asked for towels at front desk and were never delivered. Lobby furniture was dirty and worn out. The beds were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly.

This property get a deposit of 50usd when you depart but is a deposit without reimbursement… which is weird, because you pay the reservation rate and at the end you pay 50usd more. Not good, just read the small letters and also be prepared because the walls are so thin, is noisy

The location of the hotel was very convenient but lacked the proper needs to satisfy their customers. While in the room I noticed it was not as clean and did not look professionally ready for new guests. I tried turning the AC unit on and it was disconnected or not in use. I called the front desk and they advised someone would come…three hours later and it was time to check out, no one came to check on my stay or fix the issue. When I went to let the front desk know and check out from my stay, the staff did not seem to care about the issue and disregarded the matter. In the future, I will not be staying at this hotel.

My sister and I stayed at the Manhattan for 4 nights and on the first night we got the wrong type of room, not the one I had booked, we were moved the next day and we were told that we wouldn't pay for the resort fee for the first night. I was also charged for a deposit which I was told I would get back after two weeks. It has been more than two weeks and I have not received the deposit back and the resort fee for the first night.

I want to start with the staff are amazing. I had to complain that the first room I was given had a broken mirror and the shower/bathtub had a drainage problem and the reception had given me another room no problem. The second room I was given (1114) was still part of the hotel that hasn’t been renovated as the carpets specially outside the room are filthy, sink had cracks in them the bathtub drainage is working perfectly but it feels like you’re in a sinkhole as every step just sinks. The room is clean but the A/C is very loud so just turn it off. Few holes in the wall that hasn’t filled in yet but I guess it’s hard to do so when it’s covered in wallpaper.

Good location and staff but the hotel needs a big renovation. Everything is old and not maintained properly. Broken tiles in the bathroom, damaged furniture and walls. The hotel pictures are not true. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL. The Hotel rips off customers - taking huge "temporary fees" out of your bank account and then not returning your money. They overcharged me nearly $250 (after local fees and taxes paid) and have not returned my funds after 2 1/2 weeks and several phone calls. The accountant does not return your calls.

All I need a clean place to rest my head and this checked that box. Everything is basic, and there are nicer motel 6s. My issue is the price for this hotel is for a deluxe suite, not a basic room. I have stayed at nice hotels in the area for the same price.

There’s mold growing in the bathrooms, wallpaper falling off the walls, water damage in showers and ceilings, the thinnest walls, no hot water. The staff was very helpful but the quality of the rooms is less than adequate.

The property oversold on suites the night I book so I was downgraded from a king suite w/ balcony to a 2 double bed standard room… and the parking situation is inconvenient! Your car will have to stay in their garage until 8pm because no one is available during the day!!
