We liked the location of the hotel, Staff super friendly. Nice to have a breakfast diner on site
I love the proximity of it. It was close to everything, in a convenient location, & the facility was well maintained. Only downside was the size of the room, but we made it work.
The pictures are completely deceiving. We paid the extra to get a room with a queen bed and a view. And the room is LITERALLY the size of a very small bedroom. The bed WAS NOT a queen it was the size of a full. Me and my husband were so uncomfortable. The mattress literally has a spring sticking out. The bathroom shower and toilet was so old and out dated that it was nasty. And the windows have no screen on the 29th floor. You literally hear sirens ALL night long. Also beware that when you check out they have several hidden fees, everyone has to pay $80 of hidden fees when leaving. And they charged us $50 to check in before 4pm, we were exhausted so we ended up paying it. Just don stay here, save yourself. It’s a complete jip, uncomfortable, and dirty.
Location of property is its best attribute. Next door to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.
