Walking distance to several shows.

Pros: Walking distance to many attractions. Friendly staff.
Received an upgrade upon check-in. Room was great. Had a sitting area. Bathroom was large and clean. Half a block away from a nice grocery mart.

Incredible attention to detail.

Posted Feb 2, 2016
Pros: Everything.
Cons: I can't find one thing to complain about, which is unusual.
Location: Fantastic location... close to great restaurants, Times Square, etc.
I had a fabulous stay at the Pearl Hotel in NYC. I was pleasantly surprised at how large my room was, and also how nice the room was. The amenities were terrific. I had a robe, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and a refrigerator. Breakfast was included, as was wifi and the hotel has a fitness center free of charge. The location was great and the hotel staff superb. I found The Pearl Hotel NYC to be a GREAT VALUE for the price.

Good find in MIdtown

Posted Feb 1, 2016
Pros: Location was great, quiet, clean, recently renovated.
Cons: The shower was the only faulty area in the room. Tile and grout needed attention, was not done well when installed.
Location: Midtown, in the heart of the theater district.
Surprisingly large rooms for NYC. Nice appointments, bathroom good size, recent renovation.

Support in a storm.

The staff was supportive and did everything humanly possible to make my stay comfortable! This was my first time in the city and the best part of my stay was The Pearl. I will visit again.

Excellent stay, good location, highly recommend

This is a very good hotel in the midtown area of Manhantan. We stayed here for 5 nights in January. The staff were very attentive to our every needs. The room itself was spacious with a microwave and loccitane products. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate, consisting of bagels, cereals, pastries and hot drinks. There is also a wine and cheese hour between 4-5 pm which we went to once and it was brilliant. There is a 24 hour facility for hot drinks and snacks and also access to microwave. In terms of location, we could not ask for a better one. It's just off Times Square and walkable to the majority of tourist attractions eg 5th avenue, Rockefeller building, Empire State Building and Central Park etc. There are also subway stations in less than 5 min walk. Overall, amazing stay at the hotel, would definitely come again and recommend to friends!

Great Value Great Location Great Staff Great room

Posted Jan 27, 2016
Pros: Staff, Room, Location, Price Afternoon Cheese & biscuits was great addition (and free)
Cons: If I was hyper critical.................... there was no kettle or milk for tea in the room. Just a pod type coffee machine and powdered creamer.
Location: It's a stone throw from Times Square. Nuff said.
The hotel is pretty much everything we wanted. The room was great, lovely big bed - not much by way of a view but there's very few in NYC will have unless you're 15 floors up. Maybe not strictly speaking part of the Hotel but good food in the Grill next door (link door thro from Hotel Lobby) but it is what it says......... a Grill so the choice was a little bit limited unless you wanna steak - because of the snow we found ourselves there on two occasions (mainly because they stayed open while most had shut up shop) and both night had a nice meal ($50 per person incl a couple of beers) Bathroom was nice but no bath which disappointed the wife a little. TV in room but there was sod all to watch without hiring a movie (no that I would go to NYC to sit and watch TV) Didn't use the sauna or anything but it was there to use. Breakfast was good - typical continental but lots of choice. I would have liked a full English but there's a million diners to get it if you're that way inclined.

Cons: This may be an observation of a wider problem in NYC and by no means limited to The Pearl Hotel, but the plastic waste generated is bad news.
The Pearl Hotel is great! Great facilities, great location, great staff, great breakfast! Thanks!
