The Pearl - Great HotelPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: The hotel had a really relaxed but professional atmosphere. Rooms were very tidy, spacious, quiet and very clean.
Location: Brilliant location, very near to Time Sq and Broadway and on the edge of Hells Kitchen all within 2-5 minutes walk.
The Pearl offered a fantastic location, round the corner from Time Sq, Broadway and Hells Kitchen and was easy to access the Subway. Very quiet hotel, despite Time Sq being so close. At 4 pm the Hotel serve complimentary wine which is a great way to break-up the day and start relaxing for the evening. Staff are very helpful indeed.

Hotel centralePosted Aug 30, 2015
Hotel utile per chi si muove a piedi, vicino a Times Square ed alla Fifth Avenue. La colazione è compresa ma molto povera per un Hotel 4 stelle

Simply the best hotel in NYCPosted Aug 28, 2015
Location: The theatre is steps away, but all the trains are available too. We went to the Cloisters, sailing,The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens,& the 9/11 memorial.
My wife and I have stayed in several hotels in Times Square and The Pearl is simply the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms were not closet size as we have experienced before in other hotels. The rooms were clean and new. There were no frayed wallpaper, no paint crackings and no stained sink or bathroom floor. The front desk was extremely helpful and the staff friendly. And of course the location is perfect for our day trips all over NYC. We will happily stay at The Pearl again.

Perfect hotel in perfect location!Posted Aug 28, 2015
We loved The Pearl. From the minute we walked thru the doors we were made to feel special. The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. The rooms are a great size, the bathrooms are beautiful with TV on the wall. High end design, continental breakfast was good, very comfortable bed, rooms were very clean and we were impressed. Location is great within walking distance to almost everything. We will stay at The Pearl again!

Great location with great staff and USPsPosted Aug 27, 2015
My first experience of NY but not of US hotels. We picked due to Expedia deal, location (even better than we thought), free buffet breakie and free wine and cheese. We had double queen for our family which was great, given you spend alot of time out exploring. Bathrooms were large by U.S. standards and had really good separate shower. Free buffet was one of his best, although gets crowded at peak times. Good range of healthy items including fruit. Free wine and cheese. Actually cheese, veg, dips, fruit and choice of white or red. Really good chance to socialise with other guests. We met others with kids and dined together. Staff.....amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They just did everything and no slacking. Breakfast staff had to run to keep up with replenishing supplies. Location....few hundred yards from Times Square and subway. Noise in room = Zero. Lots of restaurants of varying cost/range nearby. No hesitation recommending.

Close to Times Square, but away from the crowdsPosted Aug 25, 2015
Arrived early and although check in wasn't until 4pm the manager himself cleared a room for us by 12.30pm so our young children could freshen up after a long journey. Excellent service - nothing too much trouble.

Excellent hotel in the heart of ManhattanPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Quiet, despite being in Times Square! Room had a discrete microwave, fridge and sink Exceptionally polite and friendly staff
Cons: The room had a really good Kruig coffee machine--we kept having to ring the front desk for tea pods though!
Absolutely superb hotel. Room was clean and spacious and well maintained. Staff were trained to a very high standard and were exremely friendly. We arrived at the hotel early and were checked in with no problems, and on the day of check-out, the hotel stored our luggage for us and then arranged for the hotel car to take us to the airport. The breakfast buffet each morning offered a variety of items and set us up well for the day. Perfectly located in Times Square.
