Nice hotel. But~

But I don't think the park view is park view. All I can see from my floor are trees. even if I leave a msg that I want a higher floor, There is no possible for us to get one. So sad.

Agradable hotel, sin embargo no tiene un bar donde tomar algo, nos resultó extraño. Mas bien parecen unos apartamentos de lujo con recepción.

Pros: Grootte van de kamers
Cons: Renoveren en beter schoonmaken. In deze prijscategorie is dit niet goed genoeg
Location: Lokatie is prima
Kamers zijn groot maar gedateerd. Algemeen beeld: veel vierkante meters voor je geld. Geen tophotel. Faalt op het gebied van netheid en service. Lobby stelt niets voor. Meer een appartemententoren.

Pros: プール、ジム完備は嬉しいですね。
Cons: アメリカのホテルは全般的にそうなのだろうと思うのですが、五つ星ホテルであれば、歯ブラシ、髭剃り、くし位は置いて欲しいですね。
Location: 便利な場所です。
相応の対価を払っているので当然といえば当然なのですが、スタッフの対応、設備、ロケーションどれも良かったです。

Great location on the park, small rooms and a very beige hotel. It needs renovation and modernising

Pros: 駅、公園に近い
Cons: 頼めば持ってきてくれるが、アメニティの揃いがいまいち。
セントラルパークに面していて、地下鉄の駅も近くて比較的便利。ただ意外とロビーが狭かった。サービスについては、色々と対応してくれるが、一緒に泊まった同僚は、バスタブが壊れており、何度かフロントに電話をしていた

Great location across from Central Park

Cons: Staff could follow up on requests they offered
We had requested "early check in, no feathers or down on the bed (allergies), and mentioned we were celebrating our 40th anniversary!" We called before leaving home,(1/2 hour drive), to check if room was ready; they said it would be ready in an hour (which would have been 2:00). We arrived at 2:30 and could not get into our room until 3:50. Our bed had feather pillows and down comforter; we waited over an hour for bedding change. Our "welcome beverage" of ice tea never came! We did receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly with a lovely note from management congratulating us on our anniversary. I can recommend, although we have stayed at other NYC hotels with much larger rooms and great location, and less expensive, and breakfast, lunch restaurant (instead of room service only).

Great hotel directly across from Central Park.

The location was perfect. The service was amazing. I travel a lot and I have to say staying at that hotel was one of the best NY experiences I have ever had. The people there could not been more helpful and friendly. I usually stay in lower Manhattan when I travel to NY. No more. This is my new spot.

Hotel très bien situé face à central parc

Suite junior de confort avec un enfant Avons particulièrement apprécié la kitchenette .Piscine très agréable pour se détendre le soir et hôtel idéalement situe: face central parc et station de métro à côté de l'hôtel.

TV issues

Pros: Everything. They think of everything and has that added touch to make your stay special
Location: TV
The only complaint I have was that the TVs were an issue. Couldn't seem to navigate channels, be stuck on one channel. Had tech come up a few times and worked for a bit then same issues. Front desk tried resending signals, but to no use.
