Hair on the pillow when we came in, the whole place smelled like cigarettes, there was no hot water (if there was water at all), the area around is noisy, the room is small. Only a place to sleep if you want lung cancer

There was a Strong smell of people smoking weed. The staffs sprayed lots of perfume to cover. It was suffocating . Place is dirty. Bed sheets got burnt mark by cigarette. Faucet didn't work.

After a noisy 1st night, i was moved to another room. Great nights sleep. Water pressure could use a boost. Very friendly staff. Great if your stay is that area of Brooklyn or you subway into Manhattan

surprisingly comfortable hidden gem
off beat location but for last minute work, it was fine. nothing special to look at, but nice front desk clerk. sure it's not the ritz---but it's a clean room and bathroom comfortable bed (king took up the whole room) TV, HVAC ok ---and microwave and fridge in room. Quiet. it's a place to sleep.

Our room's shower was very lackluster. It would only get hot water for less than 5 minutes continuously. Took a lukewarm shower every day. Tried taking one at different times of the day but the same result. Maybe they need a new water tank heater

Warning!! Be aware of the noise coming from next door. It’s a karaoke bar and stays open til 4am. You will hear base bouncing consistently and they don’t let you cancel the stay with refunds.
