Muy molesto el esperar a que la reserva tramitada vía Expedia "apareciera" en sus sistemas, incluso al enseñarles la confirmación vía correo decían que no podían hacer nada, a la tercera refrescada del sistema y después de hablar con el manager la reserva por fin "apareció".
