Pros: die Lage ist super !!!
Die Lobby des Hotels ist super eindrucksvoll - die Lage großartig. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Alles jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.

Not a 5* Hotel!

Pros: The lobby.
Cons: See review of my experience.
Location: The location is central for everything.
This hotel does not deserve a five star rating. The room was very tired-looking and had many faults including a faulty lamp (which wouldn't switch on or off properly), an enamel chipped bath, cracks in the ceiling and dirty window frames from which there was a gale force wind blowing through! You may also want to avoid the restaurant the as prices are extortionate. It was $12 for a cup of tea and a Waldorf Salad will set you back a whopping $70!! On a positive note the lobby is beautiful and is to be admired.

Pros: Tasteful luxury. Smiling staff. Comfy beds. Cozy robes & soft slippers.
Location: The High Line is worth the walk. You can burn calories while rubbing shoulders with an amazing variety of people.
Up the expansive marble stairs to the open bar where we sip caipirinhas and enjoy the parade of gorgeous people exiting from a hotel gala. This is NYC then & now! Near Bouchon for al fresco chocolate almond croissants, on to St. Patrick's cathedral to absorb the organ music, and central to so many sites. Finish our stay with a beautiful, scrumptious dinner at nearby La Grenouille. A' bientot!

Very over rated disappointed

No one helped with the luggage when we arrived The room has nothing to use like coffee or flip flops Very lousy bathroom with noizy shower you here the next door when they use it so u can't sleep if the neighbors are having a shower

Stars is well trained to attend to the needs of customers. Some via mention to the reception staff Angel who made our stay really memorable and truly a vacation to enjoy and makes us come back.

Perfectly located, beautiful!

The Waldof was everything we imagined and more... Not for those seeking a modern boutique experience, more for those who want to experience a little old fashioned glamour. The hotel itself was high on our list of discoveries, we easily spent 2hrs roaming the corridors. And food... Must haves are the Waldorf Salad for obvious reasons but try Red Velvet Cake and Eggs Benedict too... Both invented by the chefs at The hotel in years gone by. Sunday brunch looked amazing although we were still full from dinner at the Bull & Bear... The lounge bars, Harry's and Peacock Alley are perfect after a full day of sightseeing, shopping or pre-dinner, all serving quality cocktails. Not to be missed, even if it's just for drinks!

Hotel maravilhoso, falha com o Expedia!

O Hotel é sensacional, porém a reserva feita pelo Expedia ñ aparecia na hora do check in...tiveram que abrir uma vaga nos na hora afim de honrarem nossa reserva...a sensação foi q nos colocaram em um quarto inferior pois não tinham mais disponibilidade no que reservamos.

Veraltete Hotel in beste Lage.

Imposante Hotel in besten Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war veraltet, Heizung war nicht funktionsfähig, Stecker nicht mehr fest an die Wand, Fenster nicht mehr dicht und zog der Wind, Fensterrollade kaputt, keine Sitzt Möglichkeit im Zimmer. Die Restaurants teuer aber voll kommen in Ordnung, man muss hingehen.
