I reserved a premier king room however our room was not what I consider premier...it was a corner room with 2 windows looking at brick walls out of both windows...the bathroom was extremely small, I have stayed in many hotels in the city and have never had such a small bathroom. I have stayed at the Warwick before and the room and bathroom were wonderful so to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Went to Randolphs one nite and I asked for coffee, was told they didn't have any!....however the room was nice and quiet and when I requested extra towels they came super fast,also the staff was very nice. We love NYC and we did have a good time just a bit disappointed in the room we were given

Came for a quick birthday celebration. Very friendly professional staff, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, great bar area downstairs also with wonderful staff. Close to St Patrick’s, 5th Ave, Rockefeller plaza, broadway…we walked everywhere as we didn’t have a car. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we come to NYC!

Loved the location and history of the hotel. Could do with a freshen up. Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Recommend getting a room with street view as looked into a brick wall and room was very dark. All in all a comfortable stay in a comfortable hotel.

I did not like the property. The rooms are very dated with old rugs that do not appear clean. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the staff ignored the issue and did not take care of it for many hours. When I came back to my room, the roach was still there even though I had called three hours before. The bathrooms don’t have a vent and they don’t put Q-tips nor hair caps.

Reservation problem. I waited over 30 minutes for my room. They said it seems to be an online reservation problem, but I couldn’t get a suitable explanation about that. And now, they charged another amount for room even though I paid through Expedia!!

I love the history of the hotel but it’s looking a little worse for wear these days. I did not find the staff particularly friendly or welcoming except for the man and woman who were working the desk on the morning we left. It’s in a great location and the rooms are a good size for NYC, just nothing exciting.

I was expecting better than Marriott or Sheraton hotels since I travel a lot. My room (321) at The Warwick was nothing special. The floor design in bathroom is extremely dangerous for guests stubbing their toes in corner area of toilet. Also, the switch from low spigot to shower heard did not work properly as water continued to flow in low spigot while less water pressure in shower head. Very disappointing & inconvenient to start your day.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was in Midtown so everything was close. The hotel has a lot of history and famous entertainers frequented it. The staff was great and very helpful. We would stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay here and would stay here again. It was comfortable and in an excellent part of NYC. Murals at 54 did a great breakfast, but be aware that the hotel does not offer lunch or room service. The bar is delightful, but needs to offer more white wine choices: pino grigio, suav blanc and chardonnay is rather limited for a NY hotel in a prime location. Our keys did not wok (turned out the battery on the door need replacing), but that was dealt with quickly. The hairdryer did not work. The location and the comfort is definitely the draw.
