Unicacion y trato excelente

Posted Aug 25, 2015

Alright but nothing like pics

Hotel room was exceptionally small and the facilities like hair dryer and TV weren't great. They were really friendly though and the room was very clean.

Hell's Kitchen has been upgraded

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Location. I like that you were greeted when you arrived.
Cons: It would be great to have access to a small fridge.
Location: Close to Central Park, MoMA, easy ride by the M11 (south) and M20 (north).
This is a hip up and coming area. Lots of restaurants, not all expensive. I was upgraded which made my stay even more comfortable. Close to transport, subway and buses.

Cozy hotel on a quiet street

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Helpful staff, clean rooms
Cons: More shelving in the bathroom would be helpful, or a hook to hang a cosmetic bag
Location: Close to Time Square, Central Park, MoMA, restaurants, convenience stores, etc...
We loved staying at the WJ! We stayed in a room with two twin beds, and it was just enough space for two people. The hotel is on a nice, quiet street with several restaurants/convenience stores near by. The hotel staff was wonderful and the rooms were very clean!

Decent sized midtown hotel

Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Close to the subway, close to a small supermarket, larger than expected room, great staff
Cons: Small fridge or at very least ice machine on each floor
Location: Great spot in Hell's Kitchen with many places to eat nearby. Close to subway and within walking distance to times square and central park.
Generally a good experience. The room (king sized bed) was larger than expected with enough space to place suitcase and still walk around. The bathroom was smallish but was very clean and always well stocked. Unfortunately the air conditioner was extremely loud and therefore had to be turned off for sleeping. Also there was no mini fridge for storing water bottles, no ice machine, and the tap in the bathroom was too low to allow for filling your own bottle, so i had to buy my own water each day.

Basic hotel very clean and friendly staff.

Hotel location was brilliant short walk to times square and near all the subways so easy to get around nyc Staff were very friendly. Rooms were basic but very clean. The only Down side to this hotel was the noisy air con. I would stay here again.

Pros: It was a great location - easy to walk to a lot of places. Also just far enough off the main beat so it was not terribly noisy. Clean. Nice bathroom.
Cons: Wifi was very poor, and kept dropping out. Housekeeping was bad. Our room was made up once in 4 days. No coffee to make / offered in room or hotel.
Location: Convenient location. Easy to walk to Times Square, Central Park, underground, Pier 86 for the water Tours, bus tours.
Reception staff were quick, efficient and helpful. Our room was a little smaller than expected from the online photo's, but that was ok. The bathroom was nice, with lots of hot water and towels. They do not offer breakfast, and there is no shop in the hotel. Also there is no coffee maker in the room. So you have to make a little trek to the corner shop to get coffee or a snack. Overall, a good little hotel to stay in, and I would probably stay there again.

Perfektes Hotel in der Nähe des Time square !!!

Posted Jul 31, 2015

Great hotel just a few blocks from Time Square and Central Park. Really helpful, friendly staff with lots of local knowledge on places to eat, things to do and lots of other recommendations. The hotel is right next to Hells Kitchen so there were lots of different styles of food to choose from and everywhere we went was delicious and authentic. There is also a supermarket (Rite Aid) at the end of the block which is great for grabbing drinks and snacks for your room. The room was clean and had great aircon which helped us adjust to the humidity of the city in July. Would definitely stay here again if visiting New York.
