Overpriced room
发布日期：2019年12月28日 发布在：HotelsBuilding is old and not renovated. For a 27-story building the elevators are so old and slow. There is no temperature control. And AC makes wired clicks randomly. I was fine with just leaving and forget. But, a rude bellman yelling at me for an undeserved tip left me with pondering about why I am paying for a overpriced room and rude staff.
FYI, A “tip” is usually given for a good service and a respectful attitude toward your customers.

The information in Expedia is incomplete and trike, because the hotel, lobby and rooms are pretty different in the reality, everything is old, the rooms very uncomfortable, the staff in bad mood, the rest of the hotel is in restoration... bad decision.

Great Place to Stay

Rooms very clean. They were smaller than we are use to but this is New York & you aren't in the room except to sleep.

What I liked was the location of the hotel. What I dislike was that it seemed a good price for a good hotel, but the hotel is not that good. Our room was terribly hot, and we didn’t have a way of lowering the heat or to cool it down; we didn’t have a fridge in the room, the tv was very small and was facing just one bed, and the attention at the restaurant downstairs was not the best.

Great location clean room and friendly staff. The building is old therefore the room does not have temperature control. The room did not have a coffee machine or a small refrigerator which are standard now in most modern hotel rooms
