Functional room and close to MSG

The room was small, but very nice. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. Because it is on w35th between 7th and 8th, it is a loud area, and I woke up several times during the night due to street noise. I was only in town 1 night for a concert at MSG, so it was fine for what I booked it for. I would book again if I were to stay for that reason.

Pros: Nice free breakfast
Location: The location is good. One block from a subway stop. Times Square is close by
I was surprised how nosy the street was at night. It seemed the garbage was picked up all night long

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback. Street noise is hard for us to control due to the infrastructure of the building, but we do offer rooms in the back side of the building. For rooms facing the street, we have noise machines that are available upon request.

Handy for Penn Station and Javitts.

Pros: V competitive price for Manhattan. Clean, tidy, comfortable room.
Cons: Elevators a bit slow, breakfast disappointing.
Great location, good price. Decor in public areas rather tired, but overall good value for NYC.

Good room for the price

Needed an inexpensive room in the city after a day of site seeing with my wife and two young boys. This room was just fine for our needs. Only complaint would be that our room was off of the second floor lounge where it got a little loud a couple times over the night.

Will never book again

Our stay was less than good. We opened our curtains and the first thing we see is spikes on the Windows. The coffee cups in our room were dirty and clearly used. The walls are paper thin and we were kept up all night by the people partying next door. For a smoke free hotel,it's odd that the hallways reeked of cigarettes. The bed was also rock hard.will not stay here again.
