It's a fine hotel for the price. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The view from our 10th floor room was magnificent. The carpet was worn in places, and there was only one place to hang towels in the bathroom, somewhat of an inconvenience. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking access to Chinatown, Greenwich Village, East Village and Chinatown.

Overall was a good stay and space to sleep in while in NYC . The shower is oddly designed . No door and water splashed everywhere . However overall not bad

Decent size room especially for NYC standard. Clean room and bed was comfortable. Main dislike was the shower which only has a half size glass meaning no shower door at all. Water would splash out of the shower no matter how careful you are and you end up having to wipe the area outside the shower daily! It is also SUPER hard to squeeze anything out of the conditioner bottle. That definitely has to change! Otherwise, hotel is overall good and it is only two blocks from the Grand Street station for the B and D trains.

Overall, I have mixed reviews, but I would NOT stay here again. On the positive, I stayed here because I wanted close proximity and convenience to chinatown, little italy, and the subway station. The main reasons I would NOT stay here again is because they don't even have a common area microwave for guests to use, they did not allow late checkout past 11:30AM unless you pay a fee, and finally it's too hard to get in touch with someone at this hotel.

Not only have we been double charged $800 the staff was not accommodating, rude, and refused allowing us to use the lobby restroom after we had checked out. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff are what really makes this hotel, very friendly and informative. Our room was slightly dated and smaller than expected but the view - we had paid for a higher floor - was spectacular. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

We had the corner room. Two large pillars in the room. Liked the view of Bowery. Very busy street. Is loud due to cars honking. Its NYC, drivers are horn happy haha. Love Chinatown. Very walkable with all sorts of different bakeries and a dim sum take out place right around the corner

This was our spot when visiting NYC, but not anymore. The last couple of nights our air vent was blowing marijuana smoke. It was very strong and it always started around 01:30 in the morning. I do not advise staying here if you have family. We are very disappointed that the place is turning into a ghetto. The only good thing about this place is the location, nothing else.
