OUTDATED BUT FRIENDLY STAFF.

Staff was friendly, but faculty was just okay. I think this hotel should be a 2-2.5 star rather than a 3 because one of the elevators was constantly malfunctioning and wasn't attended to right away, the room wasn't as clean (there was suspicious hairs in one of the towels, stains on the carpet and sheets, & spiders on the ceiling), and a/c was right up against one of the beds. Ice machine on our floor was out of service entire stay. Also shuttle driver to and from airport was reckless in driving and handling luggages.

ok hotel clean with bar downstairs. best part two minutes from airport. worse part old construction of rooms we had to slam our door to close it fully and the low on the ac might as well had been the high. overall it was ok staff was superb in all ways

First of all, the hotel is really old. Though it is called hotel, it is worse than inn. The room does not smell well. The housekeeping staff are noisy starting early morning. There are always noise in the corridor over the night, simply can not sleep.

Pros: Pool area clean and wheelchair accessible although ramp was a killer. When you spoke with staff they tried to be of assistance. beds comfy
Cons: Housekeeping could do a lot better at supplying needed items, esp towels! four people =two towels had to call daily for extra towels
Location: we rented car so we had no difficulties getting around - nothing around or easy to walk to - this is located right on the highway
We didn't expect five star hotel - wanted more convenience to shopping than anything else but certain things are expected...........four people in room should receive enough towels to bathe each day, the ice machine did not work on our floor or two others either. called and asked for bucket of ice one night since i am handicapped and was well prepared to give a nice tip for their trouble. For the record I am still waiting for the ice. Staff at front desk was ok - had problems with a lot of young people running up and down halls, knocking and pranking and no security in sight. i enjoyed my trip to New Jersey and would say this hotel is okay

Pros: quick check in , helpful front staff , clean bathrooms
Cons: bed should be a little comfortable also the comforter need to change
Location: didn't stay long to explore
i checked in very late and left early morning so i cannot write much but it was a good experience

Location: location great and shuttle service was good
Hotel had quite a few maintenance problems, looked old and unloved and the foot flow is high, not really for a long stay facility. Found it quite dark and gloomy, complimentary water only once, not daily which would have made a bit a of difference after a long day out. Shop and restaurant are all outsources not owned by hotel. Upholstery was dirty and stained in the foyer and in the shuttle bus, if clean the first impression would be better

This was good value for the money. Last time we were in New York we paid double and parking was not included. I liked the onsite parking. I used the business center and it great to be able to use the printer. The shuttle service is also convenient.
