Fast check in, baggage storage was easy, accommodated room change easily. Would like to have body lotion as part of amenities.

Very close to Javitz and others Comfortable beds Did not like open concept of bathroom Cannot close off Great shower
Stayed here two years ago and decided to return. On arrival I was asked to give a security deposit which I was told would be returned. A day later I checked my account and they had taken over $200. When I asked why I was told this was a resort fee to cover “ free “ WiFi and the gym. The place is not that old but already it’s looking tired and shabby in places. One day we returned to find the room had not been serviced. On complaining, they sent up housekeeping at 7;00 when we were getting ready to go out. Getting ice is also a game as hardly any of the ice machines worked on the higher levels. It’s a shame as this was a great hotel with great staff but it seems to have lost its way. Staff don’t care and the fabric has not lasted the test of time.
The bathroom is not quite separated from the bedroom, therefore, the glass door doesn’t block either sound or smell.
