Includes: - Full Kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, utensils). - Bedroom - Queen Bed (4 pillows, bed sheets, cover), digital watch, tv with cable, wardrobe with mirror doors, - Bathroom - bath and hand towels included The Neighborhood: Family neighborhood! You will find everything around, 5 minutes by car from The Mills Outlet at Jersey Gardens Mall, IKEA, Toys R Us, IHOP, and many other places. Getting Around: ONE bus stop away from NYC, take the NJ Transit route 112 at North Avenue with corner of our street. Bus will arrive at Port Authority (42nd St. with 8th Ave.) in 25 minutes. North Elizabeth Train Station to NYC (5 minutes walking from our home). Train will arrive at Penn Station (33rd St. with 8th Ave.) in 25 minutes.

Accommodations offer separate dining areas. Bathrooms include showers.

Nice Apartment, Great Location

The apartment is quite small, but it is suitable for a couple and has all you need. The bus stop for the NJ Transit bus to NY Port Authority station (Times Square) is a short 2 minute walk at the end of the block. Buses to NY are every hour and only cost $7 each way. The journey takes less than 30-minutes off peak. There is a grocery store nearby and several restaurants, including the Algarve Portuguese which has excellent to go options, are all within 5-10 minutes stroll. This apartment is an excellent base for singles or couples visiting New York and we'll be booking it again.

Quiet, Safe, Very Clean!

I loved this home. I was on a quick trip for education purposes and this was the perfect opportunity to be able to stay somewhere that felt like home. Everything was very clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this stay for anyone in the Newark/New York area.

Clean and quiet

Nice place, clean, and quiet. Had the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Not the fault of the owners, but we should have checked how far it was from NYC and how safe the neighborhood was. It takes about 25-30 min via train and bus, but both run infrequently (45 min to 1 hour) and the timing must be planned in advance. Although the bus stop is close to the house, the train station is about a half mile walk. Although we did not have any issues, we felt that it would not be a good idea to walk around the area after dark, especially from the train station. A couple minor things that would have made the stay better would be shampoo and conditioner. Overall, a clean, quiet place, good for no more than 2 people.
