Very friendly an helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable.

The area was very nice and quiet and the staff were great too, but the rooms are very run down. Felt very dirty, washrooms were gross, and were not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathrooms, stains on the furniture, and our room was connected to another occupied room by a locked door. Very unhygienic and lack of privacy. Even the door knobs were all rusted. The place also smelled bad. The kitchen was alright but definitely will not be coming back.

We will investigate what went wrong and how those details were missed because we pride ourselves in ensuring every room occupied is spotless! We also noticed you were here for several days and we do not see that you ever reported this to us, making it odd that you would stay in the same room under the conditions you described. We have a full staff working daily and would have been more than happy to switch you to a different room, including a potential upgraded room if what you describe happened. We want all of our guests to have a phenomenal stay, but we do understand we are not perfect. We hope that despite of your recent stay, you will give us another opportunity to change your perception of our hotel. Thank you again and hope to see you again soon!

Unexpectedly great place.
