FILTHY and has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We found bugs crawling on our bed and a spider on the pillow upon check in. We have a pic and video of it. We were unpacked and too tired after driving 7 hours. Called front desk to have room cleaned and front desk said no more housekeeping at night. What kind of hotel does that? We just asked to have our sheets changed. Security came to give us 1 flat sheet. We said we need a whole set. He was annoyed but nonetheless came back with more sheets. We asked if someone could help us change it. He said no one is here and that’s not my job. We changed the sheets ourselves. Asked security if he could take dirty sheets out of the room, responded with, leave it outside the door someone will pick it up tomorrow. We were so unhappy and asked to speak with the manager. Manager unavailable until the morning the next day. Unbelievable! Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Good hotel, breakfast was mediocre, room was clean. There was insufficient parking. The hotel allow parking to some construction company and they occupy all the parking. If you return at night, you will not get parking in your own hotel.

Nice place to stay!

Staff was great.Check in was fast and easy.The room was very nice and clean and more than we asked for.Needed TV remote and they were at the door in less than 5 minutes! Breakfast was great! Check out was fast.Thank you Expedia.Will be looking for this place next time were in the area.

The room itself was great- very spacious and clean. Before I reserved the room, I called ahead to see how to reserve a ground floor room because I was traveling with two people who had great difficulty climbing stairs. I was told just to make a note of it when I made the reservation. I was not informed that my request could not be guaranteed. When we checked in, only second floor rooms were available. They should have informed us that our accommodations could not be met because this was a great struggle for my travel companions. Also, the TVs were snowy and did not show a clear picture. Aside from the stairs issue (which really was a problem), the hotel was great.

Nice hotel with hidden fees

When you book this hotel, they do not tell you about the extremely large security deposit you have to pay. Only once you are standing in the lobby with your bags ready to check in, does someone mention the extra $250 you have to pay to stay in your room. I’m a college student, who was trying to relax for a weekend. I don’t have that type of extra money to pay ON TOP of the price for the room. The staff didn’t do anything to try and help solve the problem. They acted like they were doing me a favor by cancelling my reservation. They deserve 0 stars for such poor service and -1 stars for not being clear about the security deposit before the stay. Very very disappointed and I won’t return.
