We arrived to our “suite” only to be told that there were no available sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. So somehow 5 adults will be sleeping on two beds. Outrageous and false advertising

When trying to check in cops were called for other guests checking out that weee physically fighting. Our second day, three Cops were at the room next to ours trying to get the guests in that room to leave.

Very bad weed smell
We have booked two rooms for two nights for a family vacation in New York. The receptionist staff was very dry when we checked in. I booked this hotel thinking it was a smoke free hotel or at least our rooms are smoke free but once we got up to our rooms the smell of weed was so bad and one of the rooms had a very strong smell of weed to the point that my kids were suffering from the smell all night. The next morning I complained about the smell and the staff informed me that they would try to switch my room but we never heard back from them and they didn’t change our room or even offer to compensates us for the bad smell that we had to deal with. The area of the hotel was a bit scary and the hotel is outdated and needs renovation. Breakfast was ok.

NY winter visit
The hotel was very clean and tidy, the house keeping crew was very polite and seems very well trained. I like to thanks the front desk clerks for their professionalism and their service oriented personalities. They are really good what they are doing. Only thing I may suggest is to include a better quality pull out bed and the bed should be ready for guests to use.
