Comfort & Kindness

Pros: Everything! Especially it's location to restaurants right at the front door & they had a REAL fitness room with REAL weights!
Cons: Nothing that I can think of!
Location: They had one of our favorite restaurants right next to the hotel & a mall right across the street, all within walking distance!
I arrived earlier than expected after a very long road trip & I needed an early check~in & their kindness afforded me accommodations necessary without any problems. The view from the room made my husband break out his camera & he got many scenic photos of the area. The beds were so comfortable that I got the much needed rest that I deserved! The hotel was beautiful, very clean & has all of the amenities that I & my family needed! We loved watching the planes take off & land so we had our own private observatory deck right in our room. We have already recommended it to family & friends & we will certainly use them when we return again! Thanks for the memories!

ニューヨーク旅行の最終日に空港近くのホテルを1泊だけ選びました。 写真とは違いリノベーションされた綺麗な部屋で良かったです。 シャワーは固定でしたが、使いやすかったです。セーフティーボックスは無し。 コーヒーメーカーはありました。 アウトレットモールは徒歩で行けます。そこしか遊ぶとこはないので、何泊もするとこではありません。 ニューヨークに到着した日や出発前日のホテルにオススメです。 アウトレットもウッドベリーよりもこちらの方が室内だし見やすいです。 マイナスポイントは空港近くなので、部屋でも飛行機の音がする事と、部屋の空調を消してもホテル全体の空調が部屋に通じでいて、その風が結構強く少し寒く、タオルを吹き出し口に突っ込んで対処しました。 また利用したいと思うホテルでした

I had three rooms two with pull out sofa bed neither sofa bed was working we wasn't aware until 2/3 in the morning didn't want to complain just called down to let front desk know he said maybe if we contacted the manager after 3pm he could comp us or accommodate another stay...the bed for the 10 month old baby was never brought to the room other than the sleeping on floor and crowded beds and reconstruction noise no sleep I think I would come again

Convenient for Newark Airport

Staff was helpful. Took advantage of shuttle service to Newark Airport and their gated parking. We stayed one night, went to NYC for 2 nights and decided to stay another night at this hotel. We would definitely book there again!

The rooms was not clean enough, we find juice box, beside the bed and the shower was with hairs all over. One of the shuttle men was so rude, asking us to leave the car because the people from the airlines had priority. When we booked the room, nobody told us the rules for the shuttle. in the cafeteria they have just one people and the line was so long. At all we did not have a good experience in this hotel.

Séjour Courtyard Newark Elizabeth Décembre 2015

La personne à la réception qui nous a accueillis le 25/12 n'était pas très chaleureuse ..... le système de chauffage extrêmement bruyant dans la chambre . Ventilation automatique, une soufflerie qui se déclenche pendant la nuit sans aucune possibilité d’intervenir pour la couper nous empêchant de dormir. Un technicien est intervenu , la seule solution qu'il pouvait nous apporter était de couper le système de chauffage/clim ! Et là, nous n'avons plus eu de bruit mais plus de chauffage, il ne pouvait rien faire pour la soufflerie . Le petit-déjeuner géré par Starbucks café , commande à un comptoir avec un effectif humain très réduit, 1 seule personne qui prend votre commande et prépare les boissons . un matin, nous avons attendu 3/4 d'heure pour être servi . De plus, ce n'était pas un petit-déjeuner complet comme indiqué sur notre réservation mais restreint à seule une boisson chaude ou froide, donc impossible d'avoir un jus d'orange et un café, il fallait choisir entre les 2 ! Un seul plat au choix à base d'œuf et de toasts ou une viennoiserie ! Tous les matins, nous devions réexpliquer que nous avons 4 petit-déjeuners inclus Le problème était résolu le dernier jour ! Ménage des chambres, nous devions réclamer tous les jours 4 serviettes car on ne nous en posait que 3 alors que nous sommes 4 personnes. Le nettoyage était bien fait les 3 premiers jours, ensuite, il était bâclé.

Great hotel for visiting Jersey Gardens mall

This was our third stay in this hotel. We stayed 2 nights in December 2015. We use this hotel as a base when we visit Jersey Gardens outlet mall in New Jersey, then we get another hotel in New York for the rest of the holiday. The staff are friendly and check in was quick. Rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable and clean and perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was included in our room rate (cooked breakfast and juice/coffee) and it was really tasty. The room rate was great value for money. Tip - if you're visiting Jersey Gardens mall, mention this to the reception staff at check in and they may be able to provide a card which can be exchanged for a discount booklet at the mall.
